Earth Jam April 25th

To celebrate Earth Day there is the annual Earth Jam at Liberty Park. There will be bands all day and a childrens village with projects for kids to learn more about the earth. There will be tons of vendors there including myself. I will have a booth on Saturday April 25th. It is a free event, come and check it out. For more information go to http://www.earthjam.org/index.html

Green Crafts

Everyone has tons of t-shirts lying around, not ready to throw them out but they never get worn. Check out the book Generation T http://www.generation-t.com/index.html I had a lot of fun with this book. There are hundreds of ideas for using your old t-shirts, from making them into skirts, tanks, halters, pillows, rugs and blankets. A great way to recycle.
